Front covers should be printed out at 240*120 mm (or 120*120 mm where appropriate) and back covers at 150*117 mm. If you've got it, Microsoft Photo Editor (part of the Office package) is able to print out images to any specified size. As can older versions of Paint Shop Pro. I'm not so sure about other image programs.
